This PPL Code will check the Users file for the callers Address Info, If
there is none it will display a menu where they place there address Info.
While when I wrote this PPE for my BBS I had many peoblems with users
who would try and share one account. I even had it try and pull up
different info from the user file and check it. If the info did not match
I tried to have it lock out the account till I could call the user and find
out what was up and why the info was not correct. This will be one out of
PPE's to come out as freeware...
