    Fixed a potential problem with users that chose not to register 
    on the BBS and the PPE trying to load the users record.

    No new features, minor code tweaking.
    
    This PPE is now a part of the Intelec Software Extra's Collection.
    It is still freeware, but will be distributed alongside the 
    popular Intelec Software Powerpak Suite. By combining these powerful
    collections of Shareware and Freeware, you can find many just about
    anything you'll need to make your BBS the best around!

    I still retain the copyright and will continue to upgrade it as needed 
    with new enhancements, though this one does what it does well, and
    FAST!

Fixed   - Arrgg, thought it was fixed. It is now. The NODE#.XXX file is now
          updated correctly. geez, forget to assign one variable....<g>

Fixed   - PPE wasn't properly updating the NODE#.XXX files and only the
          first user on the node would have access.
