This simple utility is used to convert a King of the Board
Exported Question text file to the text file format used
by King of the Pyramid. First, export your questions
from King of the Board. Then run:

KOTPCNVT InFile OutFile

where Infile is the name of the KOTB text file you exported,
and OutFile is the name of the KOTPYRM formatted text file you
want created. 

You can then import the new text file into King of the Pyramid
with its KOTPCFG.PPE.
