	Ok, Ok, Ok.  I left some flawed logic in the code so that while I
was testing it would work fine but when I turn the testing mode off,
it didn't.  This version fixes that problem.  Note that if you're on
local and RIP doesn't work anyway, that the PPE will exit after
logging that it executed.  Thanks to Joshua Soliz for catching that.
