Fixed the "date of birth" so that it would change any /'s to -'s for
conformity - can easily be changed the other way around if you prefer
your dates to be like this = 12/20/68.  Minor changes/cleanup (right).
This PPS is meant to be a "do-all" login ... I myself have even more
goodies added to mine like giving users on less than 3 times an added
30 minutes online etc... I didn't want to include everything as this
really was meant to only update the 3 TPA's... call my BBS if you
want to see more - I have a users comment to sysop PPS that is THE
BEST - gives a menu to caller with message routing etc!

Fixed a problem when a user failed to include a Zip Code or City GETIT
would not prompt the user correctly for the updated information.

Added yes/no to continue prompt telling user that they would need to
update their info or they would be prompted every time they logged on.
