01.18.99  v3.11 -  Maintenance release.  No changes to the operation of
                   FScan.  Tim Miller shut his board down and passed the
                   maintenance of his software to Mark Zec at Hare Mail BBS.
                   This release only incorporates the new support/contact
                   information.

04.21.96  v3.10 -  FScan would read hard spaces at the end of the BBS
                   Name as it was stored in the FSCAN.CFG file.  this
                   would cause FScan to show [unregistered] even though
                   it was registered.  Fixed.

                -  Compiled with PPLC v3.20.  You must be using PCBoard
                   v15.22+ to use this version of FScan.

10.22.95  v3.00 - MAJOR UPDATE!

                - This version must be install from scratch.  No upgrading
                  possible.  The HEADR and FOOTR files are the only files
                  that may be used from the older versions of FScan.

                - Registration numbers from previous versions of FScan will
                  not work with this version.  You must receive a new
                  registration number to make FScan a registered version.
                  Sorry for any problems that this will cause, but it was
                  necessary.

05.21.95  v2.40 - FSCAN.CFG Line #10 setting was not being read properly.
                  Fixed.

                  FScan Registration price is now FREE!  All that is
                  required is a completed REGISTER.TXT.  See REGISTER.TXT
                  for complete details.

05.15.95  v2.30 - The "D", "C" and "H" commands would not work for
                  Unregistered versions of FScan.   Fixed.

04.23.95  v2.20 - The downloading of Support Files has been greatly
                  enhanced.  Now, a caller can select more than 1
                  file before committing to a download.  If the
                  caller has one of PCBoard's default Transfer Protocols
                  selected that do not support BATCH downloads the
                  selected file will be downloaded immediately.  This
                  also holds true when no protocol is selected.  With
                  this improvement, 2 commands have been added to the
                  DLMNU menu prompt:

                       (D) Download Selected Files
                       (C) Clear Download Queue

                  A help file (HLPDMNU) was also created for the
                  download area.

                - Double entry was being written to callers log as FScan
                  was executed.   Fixed.

                - UNLIMITED (99,999) file list or support files are now
                  supported.  (ALLFILES file was renamed to FSFILES.DAT)

03.21.95  v2.10 - When calling FScan with the "L" switch FScan will now
                  read a blank date field as an indication to quit.

                - The "-" requirement in date entries has been changed to
                  a simple MMDDYY.

                - 20 allfiles lists/support files are now supported.

                - Added a minimum security option to FSCAN.CFG file.

                - Added a pre-display file when running FScan in its
                  normal mode that will be displayed just before the
                  caller is asked if they want to view new files.
                  (FSPRE)

                - Full online help added.

                - Skipped a few version #'s due to a late night goof in
                  the zip file naming convention and *numerous*
                  enhancements.

                - Many small improvements.

01.15.95  v1.20 - Added an option to FSCAN.CFG file to set a users
                  Last File Scan Date if it's older than xx number of
                  days.  Read FSCAN.CFG for further explanation.

12.07.94  v1.11 - Killed a small bug in the registration routine.
                  Registration numbers used with this version *may* not
                  work with previous versions.

12.05.94  v1.10 - 15 allfiles lists/support files are now supported.
                  FScan now supports unlimited Language specific PROMPTS.

11.13.94  v1.00 - Released to public.
