The Internet E-mail Address Book History: v3.8 - Added the ability to alphabatize the addresses on line - ALL old REGISTRATIONs are invalid. See READNOW!.!!! file - Program name change coming! See L00K!. text file v3.6 - Added the ability to configure the character that replaces the spaces in the User's E-mail address on your system. v3.5 - Added the ability to configure where you have your data files IF this line is left blank or left with the astericks '*' as in earlier versions it will convert to the path the PPE is run from and add 'DAT' to it. So no change is REQUIRED v3.4 - Added the command line parameter (/E) to allow for loading of the program as an 'E' replacement. See docs for details on usage. v3.3 - Changed the name of the data file. If you had two users with similar names such as: 'John Smith' and 'Jack Smith' it would confuse the two with the data file of 'JSMITH.DAT'. Now the last four letters of the last name and the first three letters of the first name determine the data file name. NOTE: This will automatically convert any older data files to the new format! - Added the word 'REAL' in the prompt that asks for the name that goes with the address to avoid confusion. v3.2 - Added quick keys. Meaning, there is now a default if the user just press the enter key. For quicker actions! v3.1 - fixed bug: On some machines, if you tried to put a maximum number of addresses allowed it would default to 5. This has been fixed - Slowed down prompt shown to user if they have reached maximum addresses to allow for easier reading. v3.0 - fixed bug: If you tried to edit and left the field blank it would mess up the users data base. v2.8 - Added the ability to limit the number of addresses a user is allowed at one time. For those of you with limited hard drive space. - Changed the way the help window is displayed so it will look a little bit better to slower baud users. v2.6 - Fixed registration code bug. The program wouldn't accept some registration codes. v2.5 - Fixed problem with Users E-mail address on your system. It wouldn't offer a valid address if there were more than two names - Added the (E)dit feature to allow editing of a record - Added ability to return to the program after writing a message so the user can write to another person from TIEAB right away! - If the program had to switch conferences to start the email message it will now automatically go back to whatever conference the user was in before execution of the program v2.0 - It came to my attention the program was not acting very node friendly. I have compensated for this. Also a bug was found when an address had a dash in it (ie: big-dolly.parton@delirium.com) That has also been fixed. v1.5 - Cleaned up some prompts. Now if user presses just a key it won't ask them if that is correct, it just assumes it isn't. Also, now the PPE can be run from anywhere. If the user isn't already in the Internet E-mail conference it will bring them there! v1.2 - A bug was found in getting users e-mail address. That is now fixed up. A bug was found in the area where users enter their e-mail address info. You couldn't put a "_" and that is required for some addresses. I fixed that aswell. v1.0 - Initial release of the program
