 - Final Beta Release. Some small Bugs have been removed, and the software
   appears to be working without any problems. None of the betatesters have
   reported any bugs to us anyway...

 - You can now re-Read all files into the filelist with the "R" command.
 - When using "F"ilter, files flagged will be highlited anyway.
 - If no files matches your Filter text, all files will be read into the
   list instead.
 - If you haven't got patience to wait for the "Stripping Descriptions"
   function, you can break it by pressing (Esc). Then only the files that
   had time to be read will be displayed.
 - More functions added to the OFILE.CFG file. You can now define whether or
   not you want to list conferences with Private upload dir only, or public
   upload dir only.
 - You are now returned to the correct conference when unflagging the files,
   while you have already selected to process the files, and selected a
   destination conference.
 - Some smaller bugs are corrected (some strings converted to integers etc.)

 - You can now view available drive space with the "V" command from the list
   of conferences.
 - Since PCBoards internal DISPFILE command seems to consume memory, we
   created our own file printing routines.
 - O-File now remembers what conference you last used, and places the
   selector on that conference. The same applies to the fileareas, but if 
   you select a new conference the first Filearea will be the default.

 - User Conference flag check implemented. If line 3 in OFILE.CFG is set to
   YES the fileoperator can only access files in conferences where he has the
   R Flag set. With this function you can prevent the FileOp from accessing
   conferences that may be for the sysops own purposes.
 - File Description editing implemented. Pressing E while selector is on a
   fileline will open the DizEditor on that description. 
 - Help texts added. By pressing H a helpscreen is displayed.
 - O-File did have problems if your hard-drive paths in pcbsetup was not
   full. e.g. ..\FILES\ETC gave an errorlevel. Now it's FIXED.

 - You can now type the number of the Conference name and filedirectory if
   you are too lazy to move the lightbar around.
 - You can jump back to the filelist even though you have already pressed
   ESC for the processing commands (With the "B" command).
 - You can both view the File description with the (V) command, and you can
   type the contents of the file with the (T) command. Small problems with
   the memory were discovered. Will try to fix it.
 - Small bugfixes in the EXE file.
 - Small bugfixes in the PPE file. (Faster code, less variables used, Error
   Level checking when shelling to .EXE file)
