It will handle all aspects of entering messages in an intelligent and efficient mannor. The program will read your conference data and only prompt necessary questions, in a clean lightbar format. A built in AddressBook will allow each user to maintain their own personal email addresses and use them when appropriate. A key feature of this program is its ability to act intelligently as to YOUR system configuration. Before a message is entered, the program will read in the current conference configuration. It will then only prompt the user for input that is necessary, and nothing more. For example, it will first check conference data to see if private and public messages are allowed, and if so then prompt (with lightbars) what the user would like. Let's say they choose private, then the program will check your conference configuration to see if you allow return receipts. If so, then it will check the minimum security, compare it, and if a return receipt is allowed in this circumstance, then that lightbar prompt will appear and allow the user to make their decision. It will then detect if the conference allows echomail, and so on. As you can see, this program will take a look at your system configuration and conform itself in a neat and efficient mannor. No more mindless guessing and hopeless keyboard stuffing! Another key feature of this program is the built in AddressBook. At the message 'To:' prompt, a simple hit of the 'TAB' key will load the user's personal Email AddressBook. They may define shorthand names for long Internet style Email Addresses, and then be able to simply enter that shorthand name at the 'To:' prompt to call up that Address. This makes Netmail very easy and efficient. In the AddressBook editor, the user may Add, Delete, or Select an entry. All the data that they enter will be saved in Database III+ format, for fast and efficient manipulation. Not only will this built in personal AddressBook elimate all need for a seperate AddressBook program, but it will make Netmail and Echomail writing fast and easy! All features of this program are fully configurable. Just by the nature of this program, all default settings will work on any system! All I can do is urge you to try this out, I'm sure you will not be disappointed. -=Ä----ÄÄ-ÄÄÄ--ÄÄÄÄ-------ÄÄÄÄÄÄ--ÄÄÄÄÄ-------ÄÄÄÄÄÄ---ÄÄÄÄ-------ÄÄÄÄ----ÄÄ=- °±²Û²±°³ INSTALLATION ³°±²ÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛÛ²±° -=Ä------ÄÄ---ÄÄ-ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ-------------ÄÄÄ---ÄÄÄ-ÄÄÄÄÄ----------ÄÄ--ÄÄ---ÄÄÄ-=- Simply add the path and name of the PPE in your CMD.LST (found within PCBSetup), and you should be set. EENTER.PCB - The backround Ansi for the Enter Message screen. EENTER.TOP - The header Ansi for the AddressBook screen. EENTER.BOT - The footer Ansi for the AddressBook screen. It makes data manipulation very fast, easy, and efficient. I encourage any suggestions or criticisms you may have about this program. In fact, I really look forward to user input on my programs so I can learn what could be better, or what was appreciated. Contact me on my system Nuclear Insemination, or catch me on the net.
