   To upgrade for the new version:
   ===============================
   1. Unzip the archive to an empty temporary directory.
   2. Read WHATSNEW.xxx.
   3. Copy ALL the EXE files into your BNET directory. (Overwrite the older exe files).
   4. Run BNETMGR.EXE and compile the filebase again (USERS.BNT).

   * The old file - USERS.BNT - will not work with the new version unless you will
     compile it again with the new version.
