ReadMe
------

This simple program lets you View JPG, GIF, BMP, PCX, or WMF 
image files.  It fully supports Drag'n'Drop from the Explorer.
To run it all you do is run the "PPSView" file from either the
command prompt or the Explorer.  You are now ready to View until
your heart is content.

This program should work with any Version of Windows 3.X or 
Greater.

Setup
-----

Unzip this file and the imglib20.dll to where ever you would like.
It will run from anywhere on the machine or network.  Then just run
the program. I keep it around as a utility.  If I find any other 
useful little stuff like this I'll probably expand this a little bit.
