PC PLUS SUPERCD - September 1996 Rosenthal UnInstall V5 VERY IMPORTANT! PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS PROGRAM!. IT WORKS BY DELETING FILES CREATED SINCE THE LAST TIME IT WAS UPDATED, SO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T DELETE IMPORTANT FILES ALONG WITH THE PROGRAMS YOU WANT TO REMOVE. Note: Rosenthal UnInstall saves a copy of your original boot sector before generating a special security replacement. DO NOT delete the Uninstall program files, before safely removing Uninstall (see directions below) and restoring your original boot sector. Read the manual for more information (UNINSTAL.DOC). What Uninstall can do Run Uninstall to create a log of the files and directories on your hard disk. When trying new software you can run Uninstall to remove all traces of any new program if you decide not to keep it. When you install new software that you want to keep, run Uninstall and update its log. Ideal for trying out software on the SuperCD or shareware! Supports single and network DOS and Windows users. INSTALLATION To install Rosenthal Uninstall, press [Continue] below, then choose a destination. The default is C:\PCPLUS\UNINSTAL, but you can select any drive and directory. An icon can also be set up in the Program Manager group of your choice. REMOVING UNINSTALL From the directory where the UNINSTALL files are held, enter: UNINSTALL /BOOT at the DOS prompt. This will launch Uninstall. Press [Esc] to return to the DOS prompt. You can then delete the Uninstall files.
