Shareware Vendors:

You may feel free to distribute Mouse Odometer, but we ask that you do the
following:

    1. Charge a distribution fee of no more than $5.00 for a copy of
       Mouse Odometer.

    2. Make the customer aware of the "try before you buy" concept of
       shareware.

    3. Do not modify of remove any of the files included with Mouse Odometer.

    4. Do not "bundle" Mouse Odometer with any hardware product.

    5. Let us know who you are and what version of Mouse Odometer you
       have so we can inform you of updates and tell you about our
       other products.
