Label Wizard version 2.4a Copyright (C) 1993-1995 Frank A. Pellegrino 1412 Avenue M - Suite 2213 Brooklyn, NY 11230 Evaluation Copy Release date: 11/09/95 *** This release fixes a problem with Label Wizard trying to access ODBC*.DLL *** There is a WIN16 and WIN32 version of Label Wizard available for *** evaluation. When you register, you get both versions. *** Also note that you must use true type fonts for text rotation to work. To install Label Wizard run the install program. Label Wizard will create its own LABELWIZ.INI file in your Windows directory. Label Wizard will also register itself with File Manager. You will be able to drag and drop all Label Wizard Labels (*.LWL). All documentation is contained within LABELWIZ.HLP. Be sure to read the online "Guide to Label Wizard" before using Label Wizard to get the most out of this evaluation. When you first start the program you will have to select a default template file for the File|New command. This will happen whenever an invalid file is set as the default template file, or no file is specified. Label Wizard Labels (*.LWL) files have a new format. So you will not be able to read files created by version 2.4 and above on any version below 2.4. The registered version is able to read all old files below 2.4. They will be converted to the current file format once you save them again. You should test out your printer by printing out the label in the TEST.LWT template file. It should print out a square that is two inches from the top and left of your paper. If you have any problem with that, you can adjust the margins with File|Printer Margins. The Label Wizard package consists of the following files: README.1ST introductory information LABELWIZ.HLP complete documentation in online hypertext help format LABELWIZ.EXE required executable ********.LWT initial label templates (audio cassette (J-Card) label...) ********.LWL sample files SAMPLES.TXT short intro to sample files (very important that you read this) FILE_ID.DIZ brief description for bulletin boards Understand that Label Wizard is shareware, and not freeware or public domain software.
