Awave - registration information

This program is  distributed as Shareware. This means that you 
may use it for a short trial period,  but you must register if 
you choose  to use it for more than 30 days.  Please, read the 
Terms of Use section  of the program help file before agreeing 
to purchase  a license  for this  product.   

There are currently two ways to register it:

1)  Using a secure on-line registration service;  to  use this
option, visit  http://www.shareit.com/programs/100265.htm  and
follow  the  instructions.  This service  provider  accept all
major credit cards, cheques, bank transfer or cash.  The price
is USD 52.  Credit card information can be submitted by secure
http server, by fax, or by phone. A few days after payment has
been received,  you are sent  a personal registration  code by
e-mail (cheques take a little longer to process).You must have
an internet account be able to  place the order  and an e-mail
account in order to receive your code.

2)  Register 'directly' through FMJ-Software by filling in and
posting the order form included below. Only payment in cash or
by bank transfer  can be accepted  for this  alternative.  The
price is USD 48 (slightly lower than the online service due to
reduced overhead).  You are sent a personal  registration code
either by e-mail or on a floppy disk. I will usually  send you
your code the same day as I receive payment.  Floppy disks are
sent by air mail which usually take about a week.  If you want
to save USD 4,  if you do not have internet access,  or if you
need your registration  code delivered on a floppy disk,  then
this is the option to chose.

        All   internationally   exchangeable   currencies   are
        accepted altough I do prefer SEK (Swedish Kronor).
        Using this method  avoids the bank fees associated with
        the other methods.If you are conserned about the safety
        of sending money in the mail, then  you can send  it as
        an insured and/or assured letter.
        Note!  Cash means real, old  fashioned,  paper or metal
        money, not any kind of cheque (see below for cheques).

Note! To pay with a credit card or with a cheque,  you must use 
the online registration service instead of this form.

To convert to local currencies:  when this was written, 100 SEK
(Swedish Crowns) equaled, approximately, USD 13, GBP 8, DEM 22,
FRF 74, CAD 18, NOK 88, FIM 66, et c, et c.
Calculate:  Enclosed is: >= Total in SEK * AboveRate / 100
As an example: (SEK 360)*22/100 ~= DEM 80
