Q. Will AppBar ever use the same window style (auto-hide, etc) as the Start 
Menu?
A. Perhaps.  The documentation for the interface is VERY poor so it is 
near impossible, but I'm not going to rule it out in the future.  Maybe 
AppBar v2.0

Q. Are you going to add feature "x" to AppBar?
A. Only if it follows AppBar's only guidelines: fast, simple and small.  
I'm not going to add buttons, icons or any other such nonsense.  Stick 
with the Start Menu if you want icons.  Otherwise, please e-mail me with 
your suggestions.  I'm always happy for feedback.

Q. Well, what about submenus of the menus?
A. This would require a significant rewrite of AppBar.  Probably won't 
happen in this lifetime.

Q. Can I have the source?
A. I'd prefer not to give it out.  More because it is ugly, 
mostly uncommented and raw API programming, not MFC.  If you have a 
question on how I did something, feel free to ask me and I'll explain in 
depth and maybe send an excerpt or function from AppBar's code.
