See the readme.txt file in support\collab\sampler\survey\owasurvey for requirements of the OWA Survey answer form. Setup: 1) To install Microsoft Survey, execute support\collab\sampler\survey\mssurvey\MSSurveySetup.exe. 2) See the readme.txt file in support\collab\sampler\survey\owasurvey for installation instructions for the OWA Survey answer form. Known Issues: 1) When tabulating new responses, the user should verify that responses in the inbox apply to surveys stored in the currently opened database. While the original survey compose form provided for storing survey data in one database, Microsoft Survey provides for the use of multiple databases. However, when new responses are tabulated, Microsoft Survey applies those responses to surveys in the currently opened database. If a response cannot be matched with a survey in the current database, Microsoft Survey creates the survey and applies the responses in the current database. In a similar fashion, Microsoft Survey reports results only from the current database. If responses for a survey have been split across several databases, results reporting only reflects the portion of responses applied to the currently opened database. 2) Responses imported into one database but left in the inbox will be imported into the current database also if tabulate new responses is executed. To prevent importing of responses in multiple databases, check the "Delete survey response from mail after importing response" in the import screen or manually move or delete the survey responses from you inbox before executing another import.
