Microsoft Outlook HTML Form Converter

The documentation for the Microsoft Outlook HTML Form Converter can be found in the online Help file for Collaboration Data Objects (CDO), version 1.2.1. This Help file is named CDO.HLP. It is located on the distribution CD for Microsoft Exchange Server, version 5.5 (Service Pack 1), in the folder Eng\Server\Setup\<platform>\bin, where <platform> is either i386 or Alpha, depending on the computer type. By default, CDO.HLP is installed into the folder exchsrvr\bin on your hard drive.
