Foreign X.400 System Configuration

The connection from the foreign X.400 system to the Microsoft Exchange Server must be established by configuring the foreign system with details about the X.400 Connector. It does not matter if the server or the foreign X.400 system is configured first.

To configure a foreign system, complete the following tasks:

Microsoft Exchange Server accepts several content and body part types. For reliable message exchange, verify that the configuration of the server and the foreign X.400 system match.
