Removing an E-mail Address

Remove an e-mail address when you no longer need to exchange information between this recipient and the external messaging system that the address represents. For example, if you want to disable information exchange over the Internet, you can remove the Internet address.

1. Select the E-mail Addresses tab.
2. Select the e-mail address you want to remove, and then choose Remove.
