For More Information

The following public folder property pages are described elsewhere in Microsoft Exchange Server Getting Started or in other Microsoft Exchange Server documentation.

Replicas   Use the Replicas property page to view a list of the servers where the selected public folder is replicated. For more information, see Chapter 9, "Replicating Public Folders."

Folder Replication Status   Use the Folder Replication Status property page to view the replication status of public folders by folder or by server. For more information, see Chapter 9, "Replicating Public Folders."

Replication Schedule   Use the Replication Schedule property page to determine how often changes to public folders are replicated to other servers and sites. For more information, see Chapter 9, "Replicating Public Folders."

Permissions   Use the Permissions property page to view or specify rights and permissions that users or groups have to access public folders. For more information, see Chapter 4, "Setting Permissions."

Distribution Lists   Use the Distribution Lists property page to specify the distribution lists that a public folder belongs to. When a public folder is a member of a distribution list, it receives all messages addressed to that distribution list. For more information, see Microsoft Exchange Server Operations.

E-mail Addresses   Use the E-mail Addresses property page to create, modify, or remove e-mail addresses. For more information, see Chapter 8, "Setting Up Server Core Components and Properties."

Custom Attributes   Use the Custom Attributes property page to define detailed information about a public folder, such as the date the public folder was created. It contains 10 unique fields that you customize to provide information about the recipients in your site. For more information, see Chapter 7, "Setting Up Your Site."
