Setting Permissions

Permissions enable you to control the rights that different users have when working with containers, mailboxes, distribution lists, custom recipients, or public folders. You delegate permissions to a user (or group of users) by assigning a role, which defines how much and what type of access a user has on a particular object. Microsoft Exchange Server provides a number of predefined roles; you can also create custom roles.
