Verifying Server and Site Setup

To verify that Microsoft Exchange Server is functioning correctly, do the following:

• In Control Panel, choose Services and verify that the Microsoft Exchange system attendant, directory, information store, and message transfer agent (MTA) services are started.
• In the organization hierarchy displayed in the Administrator program, verify that your site and server objects are set up correctly.
