A minor problem has been found with the Security Hotfix for Windows NT 4.0 
that was posted here last week.  If you had password history enabled, 
installed the hotfix, and chose to encrypt your SAM, the password history 
would appear corrupt and would be ignored.

The hotfix was revised to address this problem and was re-posted today.
