If you enable the "Print All" option in the Compiler Options dialog, then if the user selects the "Print All" command InfoCourier will print any topic that has a comment of the form
<!--PrintSequence=nnnnnnnn-->
embedded in the HTML. The order that the pages are printed is determined by the number you specify. The numbers do not have to be sequential, and it is probably wise to leave gaps for future expansion.
Any pages without a comment of this style will not be printed.
