50-99 users  	$15 per user	$20 CDN per user
100 + users	$12 per user	$15 CDN per user

All prices are in US dollars unless indicated as Canadian (CDN)
There are NO taxes on sales outside Canada. Canadian registrants
are required to pay GST (and NB PST, if applicable).
