SPANDISK For Windows
			      Beta Version

SpanDisk is an easy-to-use Utility for copying files that are too large 
to fit on a typical Floppy Disk.

SpanDisk will Split the file into smaller chunks that can be copied 
onto two or more Floppies.  It also allows you to Restore the files 
that have been Split into a directory of your choice onto your Hard Drive.

SpanDisk is FREEWARE.

Requirements:
	IBM-PC Compatible, 386 or Above,Windows 3.1 or Above.
 
* You must have VBRUN300.DLL in your\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ Directory.

HOW TO INSTALL SPANDISK: 
        
     If you have downloaded SpanDisk from an internet site, first 
     extract the compressed file into a temporary directory. Next pull down 
     "File" and choose "Run". (For Windows 95 click on "Start" and choose
     "Run".) Browse to the temporary directory where you have SpanDisk
     and select "setup.exe".  SPANDISK will install itself 
     onto your hard drive creating it's own directory (C:\Flyutil).
