  Installation Information
  ========================
  Modem Doctor for Windows comes with a quick setup program (SETUP.EXE).
  To Install, place all of the unpacked files below in the directory
  that you wish to use (suggested name MDRW). This directory should
  contain these files;

       MDRW     EXE  - Modem Doctor for Windows
       MDRW     HLP  - Interactive Help File
       BWCC     DLL  - Control Object DLL
       MDRW     WRI  - Getting started file in Windows Write Format
       ORDERFRM WRI  - Order form in Windows Write Format
       ORDERFRM TXT  - Order form in text format
       MSETUP   EXE  - Modem Doctor Setup Program

  All of these files should reside in the same directory, however
  if you wish, you can place BWCC.DLL in your Windows\system directory.

  When finished placing files in the directory, start Windows and
  from Program Manager select RUN and then browse to the directory
  where you placed the files above and run MSETUP.EXE. Modem Doctor
  will prompt you for some file names and then install these programs
  in Program Manager.

  the help file.
