Software License Agreement

IMPORTANT -- Please Read

Please do not use the Software until you have read this Agreement, which
provides the terms and conditions for its use.  Press the Page Down key until 
you have read the entire agreement.  Installing the Software indicates that
you have read, understand and accept this Agreement.

You are granted a non-exclusive license to unlimited copies of the Software, and 
to share those copies with others so long as the copies are not modified from 
their original form.  However, because the Software is protected by copyright 
laws, it is illegal:  to modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, 
rent, or sell for profit.  The Software contains Willow Software trade secrets, 
and you may not reverse engineer the Software.

This Software is provided "as-is" and, to the maximum extent permitted by 
the law, Willow Software disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, 
regarding the Software, including their quality, their fitness for a particular 
purpose, or their lack of infringement.  Willow Software does not warrant that 
the Software is free from errors, or other program limitations.  The entire 
liability of Willow Software for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid 
by the customer for the Software.  

This Agreement does not limit any rights that Willow Software may have under 
trade secret, copyright, patent or other laws. 

If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable 
law, then it shall be, to that extent, deemed omitted and the remaining 
provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by Washington 
State law, and applicable federal law.  This Agreement is deemed entered into at 
Shoreline, Washington.
