To install, simply run the setup program and enter the required
information.  After setup is completed you should have a new Window
with the Restart Windows icon residing in it.  To restart Windows, simply
double-click the icon.  If you want a REALLY fast way to restart Windows,
do the following:

	1) Select the Restart Windows icon
	2) Click File|Properties
	3) Select Shortcut Key
	4) Enter an appropriate key combination*
	5) Click Okay
*To prevent an accidental restart, The key combination should be a combo 
that is not used frequently in any of the programs that you use. A good
key combination could be: Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R (Just a suggestion).

Once again, this program is freeware and you do not have to pay for it.
