Part 2:  Distribution Requirements

The Current version of Psycho-Delic Circles may be freely distributed, 
with the following restrictions; written permission must be received to
distribute Psycho-Delic Circles on retail racks, on CD Roms, or bundled
with any other product.

BBSs - please name the compressed file PSYCCI##.xxx where ## is the 
version number.

When distributing Psycho-Delic Circles the following files must be
distributed together.

PSYCHOCI.SCR, FILE_ID.DIZ, WARRANTY.TXT, VENDOR.TXT (THIS FILE) and
README.TXT

Disk Vendors, Shareware Distributors and BBS(s) may charge a nominal
fee for distribution of the program. The recipient of Psycho-Delic 
Circles must be informed, in advance, that the fee paid to acquire 
Psycho-Delic Circles is not a fee by or a fee that is paid to the author.
