To Install Psycho-Delic Circles, Copy the SCR file to the
Windows directory. To use the screen saver, select is in the 
screen saver list in the desktop settings of the control panel.

Psycho-Delic Circles version 3.1 is a Windows 3.X / 95 screen
saver. The Screen Saver is in Windows SCR format and is 
fully configurable from the Windows control panel. Psycho-Delic
Circles blanks the screen and displays a set number of Circles
(from 1 - 7), at a set speed (from 1 - 20), at a set or random
width (from 1 - 10), at a set or random size (depending on
screen resolution) and in a set or random color pattern that
can be filled or hollow. The effect created by Psycho-Delic
Circles can be anywhere from bubbles splashing over the screen
to expanding and contracting 3D tunnels. Psycho-Delic Circles
also has a password option that can be enabled or disabled.
