To register via modem from outside the US or Canada please enter those numbers that must be dialed to place a direct call to the United States.  These numbers often include a prefix to place an international call followed by the country code for the United States.  If you want to put delays in your prefix dialing string, use a comma for every two second delay needed. 

Note: A successful registration may not be possible if a good modem connection cannot be made due to line quality or delays.  In addition, international calling rates can be expensive, but in most cases will still be less than the $4 mailing surcharge added to overseas orders that are registered by other means.
