*** Upgrade Information for Disk Factory Version 1.1


>> IF YOU CURRENTLY OWN DISK FACTORY VERSION 1.0...

This is a free upgrade for owners of Disk Factory v1.0.  This shareware
version will automatically detect that you have previously registered
Disk Factory and will "transform" itself into the registered version.

If this does not occur, you will need to re-enter the registration
information sent to you with version v1.0.  Choose "Register..." from
the "File" menu to re-enter this information.

If you'd like a new diskette and manual, please follow the directions
below for owners of Accurate Disk Copy.


>> IF YOU CURRENTLY OWN ANY VERSION OF ACCURATE DISK COPY...

This is a reduced cost upgrade for all owners of Accurate Disk Copy from
Accurate Technologies.  Accurate Disk Copy is no longer supported.

To obtain the upgrade, please send us the following:

        1) Proof of ownership.  Your original diskette, a copy of
           your receipt, a copy of your cancelled check, etc.

        2) A check for $5.00 made out to ACCURATE TECHNOLOGIES.  This
           fee will help cover our costs for materials, shipping, 
           handling, and additional support.  (You cannot order
           this upgrade by credit card.  You must send a check or
           money order.)
