Winsock RCP/RSH is "Shareware".  Try it, use it, and give it to your
friends (in its original form).  You may use Winsock RCP/RSH for up to
thirty (30) days.  If you find it useful, you must register Winsock RCP/RSH
to continue using it.  If you do not wish to register it after thirty (30) days
of use, you must delete it and cease using it.  Winsock RCP/RSH is NOT
public domain or free software.  It is copyrighted by Denicomp Systems.

Information about registering Winsock RCP/RSH is given later in this
document and is also included in the file ORDER.FRM file that is included in
the Winsock RCP/RSH distribution.

Please show your support for Shareware by registering the software that you
use.  Registering benefits not only the Shareware author, but also you - by

Winsock RCP/RSH is NOT public domain Software.  It is Copyright (c) 1994
by Denicomp Systems.  All rights reserved.

Denicomp Systems hereby grants you a limited license to use this software
for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days.  If
you intend to continue using this software or it's documentation) after the
thirty (30) day evaluation period, you MUST make a registration payment to
Denicomp Systems.

Using this software after the thirty (30) day evaluation period, without
registering the software is a violation of the terms of this limited license.

Once registered, Winsock RCP/RSH is licensed for ONE PC.  If you want to
license Winsock RCP/RSH for multiple PC's, you must license it for each PC.

Denicomp Systems warrants the disks on which the software is received (from
Denicomp Systems) to be free from defects in materials and faulty workmanship
under normal use, for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of original
purchase.  If during this ninety-day period, a defect in the disk should occur,
the disk may be returned to Denicomp Systems, and Denicomp Systems will
replace the disk without charge, provided you have registered the software
with Denicomp Systems.  Your sole remedy in the event of a defect in a disk
is a replacement of the disk as provided above.

LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY AND LIABILITY:  EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE
FOR MEDIA, DENICOMP SYSTEMS AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DEALERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, ITS MERCHANTABILITY,
OR ITS FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED SOLEY ON
AN "AS IS" BASIS.  THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO ITS QUALITY AND PREFORMANCE IS WITH
YOU.  SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF
NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION, AND ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUEN-
TIAL DAMAGES.  IN NO EVENT WILL DENICOMP SYSTEMS OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DEALERS
BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING
FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE

limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential
