International smart quotes in WinWord 6

WinWord 6 has a very nice feature. The smart quotes feature inserts the
typograhically correct "open quote" and "close quote" when it is
enabled. It is part of the AutoCorrect set of features. The problem is
that it always inserts the quotes following the tyupograhic conventions
of the base language of the version of WinWord being used. So the US
version always will insert English quotes, the German version will
insert german quotes and so on.  SMARTQUT.DOT corrects this problem. It
contains a 4 macros "sensing" the language of the current text and
inserts the correct version of quotes needed. The file also contains a
toolbar with 2 buttons alloing the user to switch this feature on and
off.  So now you can write in many languages ans use the right kind of
quote in all of them.  The macros are based on the macros in
NEWMACRO.DOT which were supplied in WinWord 2.
