helpMATIC is a Windows 3.1 utility program that you can use to create 
windows help files.

To install helpMATIC on your hard disk follow these 4 simple steps.

1. Start Windows
2. Insert disk into drive A
3. From the Program Manager, select the File Menu and choose Run.
4. Type a:\setup and press ENTER.
