who wish to distribute the AceComm  package, including an extract from
the license agreement and suggested program descriptions and keywords.

			   Distribution

The complete license agreement is contained in the file LICENSE.TXT.

The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of AceComm:

    You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
    donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing
    the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or
    otherwise) without prior written permission, with one exception:
--> Disk Vendors approved by the Association of Shareware Professionals
--> are permitted to redistribute AceComm, subject to the conditions in

			 Suggested Description:

Solid and EASY to use terminal program for Windows.  Terminal emulations
include VT100, ANSIBBS and RIPscrip.  Auto port/modem detect with modem
setup database.  Protocols include Ascii/Xmodem/Ymodem/YmodemG/Zmodem, with
a batch upload list manager.  Supports multiple and huge phone files with
on line time recorder and Call logging/summary.  Built in host mode, split
screen chat with both client and host capability.  Macro language and
scripts with learn mode.  Optional second status line contains function
buttons for sending your name, password, toggle capture files etc.  User
defined menus can be custom built using the macro language.  A scroll back
buffer lets you send quoted text into messages or save all or part to
file.  EMSI mailer function including file request/attach and mail poll.
Terminal screen supports using mouse for character and string output, and
saving images to BMP files.

Requirements:  Windows 3.1, 3.11 or Windows for Workgroups.  No other
	       programs are required for basic operations.
