What's new:

v1.61 - Tray Minimizer can now launch shortcuts (Shell Links:
        *.LNK) so now the easiest way to use ITM is create
        a shortcut on your desktop and drop applications to
        be minimized on ITM's icon.
v1.6  - You can now choose the icon which will be shown in the
        tray.
v1.51 - Application now is a top-level active window when
        restored/shown.
v1.4  - In some programs, adds the right-click task bar menu
        to the tray icon. (menu is shown with a Shift+Right
        Click on the tray icon). 
v1.3  - New method to minimize apps (with the window caption)
        so apps like MS Exchange (and many others as well) 
        will now work.
v1.2  - Added settings for each program so that user can
        configure one app. For example, one app might first
        show a dialog to ask for a password, then really
        show itself. Another app might take so long to 
        load that TrayMinimizer wouldn't grasp its handle.
        This is one done as all apps have separate settings.
        It should then add more apps to TrayMinimizer's
        working app list.
v1.2  - Added compatibility to start application according
        to start status of TrayMinimizer shortcut (normal,
        minimized, maximized)
v1.1  - Added a dialog box to select a program to run if none
        was specified in the command line
