The HTML Reference Library v3.0

  This archive contains the HTMLib for Windows 3.x users.  It does
not contain the HTMLib Colour Wizard for Windows 3.x any more.
Development of this application has gone 32-bit only.  This serves
to make the download archive much smaller.
  While this version of the HTMLib contains brief information on the
new Microsoft ActiveX technologies, it does not contain the ActiveX
sample web site as provided with the Windows 95 HTMLib.  This is
because Windows 3.x users can not (as yet) use a browser that
supports ActiveX content, so the examples would not be viewable.

  To install the HTMLib, just unzip the files in this archive into
a single directory.  If you wish to set up a desktop icon for the
HTMLib, then please follow the standard procedures for setting up
desktop icons.  See the Windows documentation for more information.
