Update - Raster Master V2.1 for Turbo Pascal

The following items have been changed since the release of version 2.

-BGF files are now referred to as XGF files.

-Sample demo programs have been changed. Units are no longer used.

-Constants in CON files no longer contains the added "Image" extension.

-Array contents are now in HEX format.

-Minor improvements all around.
