I've simply cleaned up this version, and also added support for BCC32.exe
so all the BAT files have new names, see \bin.

Also I've added 'NEWVARS.BAT' which you must edit to match your setup.
You can add it to your AUTOEXEC.BAT if you like.

This is probably the last release for QLIB v1.xx.  The next release
will be v2.00 which will no longer support DOS32, unless Adam quickly
supports ALL DPMI calls and changes his EXE format to LE which I know
will never happen, but that's OK, it was still a good DOS extender, but
as time goes on we move on, TTYL.

QLIB v2.00 supports PMODE/W and DOS/4GW.
It will support so much more, that I just can't list it all here, look to
my homepage to see what's happening.
