    TITLE  :  Can't run the IDE on a DTK computer?




  If you are unable to run, or are having problems running, the
  Borland C++ (BC.EXE) or the Turbo C++ (TC.EXE) IDEs on a DTK
  computer, you should go into your CMOS setup (BIOS setup) and set
  the IDLE RECOVERY TIME to 4.  In many cases this will be enough
  to get the IDE to run.

  This has been known to fix problems with the IDE causing the
  computer to crash or to hang.
