LICENSE AGREEMENT  ( don't panic )

This software has been produced by Lorenzo Micheletto
I (Lorenzo) choosed to distribuite this as NPD freeware
(Nearly Public Domain FREE-softWARE)
that is you have to follow these rules:

1) If you follow the other rules you can do anything you want with 386P + XGE 
   EXCEPT deliberately harmful things like viruses or trojans. 
  
2) To legally use this code you have to put in the credits-list
   ( the list of names you usually show in the "program info" submenu
     to let the user know "who coded it")
   my name and the names of all the other people 
   involved with these software modules.
   THIS INCLUDES THE DRIVERS TOO (i.e. when you load a driver
   you will have to display the "author name" string, adding it into the
   "credits" list you usually show)
   (VISIBLE, not something that is displayed for less than a second
   while booting the program).
   What's more, if something doesn't work, you can put the blame on me ;).
   
3) If you devenlop a new XGE driver, it would be a nice thing
   if you distribuite it as NPD with source included.
   ( as you can read, i'm not forcing you to do this, but if you won't
     you will indirectly damage yourself).
   This will make lots of drivers available at zero cost
   and indirectly will help you to reach a wider user base.
   
4) If you hack and/or "evolve" (build a new driver based on the source
   of an old one), add your name to the author's list, but don't erase
   the other names.
   
5) If you modify 386P or XGE (I bet you will do, both modules
   have been designed starting with the idea that they will be 
   hacked or upgraded heavily by other people) it must still be NPD.

6) OF COURSE, any COMPLETE GAME/PROGRAM based on 386P or XGE
   is owned by you and you can do what you want, nothing will be asked
   and no lawyers will get on you if you respect rules 1) and 2).
   
7) Send me a postcard with pictures of your country

   Usually i get bug reports, and when you always get
   e-mail starting with bug reports you get really depressed.
   So a postcard will improve my productivity :) and the next
   release of 386P will be more improved.
   
This release and all the future releases of 386P+XGE will be
NPD software, i think this will let ME get a wide "test base"
for the core modules i plan to use in my programs
and will let YOU have access to a cheap (zero $) and tested set
of software modules to build games and other stuff.
