This utility updates the MSHDC.INF file to include an entry for the
Intel 82371SB PIIX3 component.  See the file "82371SBIDE.TXT" for a
detailed explanation of the issue.

To run this utility, start Windows 95 and run the Setup.exe file, 
then follow the displayed instructions
