Terminator is a file deletion utility similar to an
"electronic shredder". Read the entire on-line help file
for instructions on usage.

Term20.zip should include the following files:

	README  .TXT
	TERMINAT.EXE
	TERMHELP.HLP
	HMETER  .VBX

And requires:

	VBRUN100.DLL

Which can be found on many BBSes as VBRUN100.ZIP

Simply copy these files to your Windows directory and add Terminat.exe to
the program manager group of your choice.
