(Comp.sources.hp48) Item: 75 by phk@data.fls.dk Author: [Poul-Henning Kamp] Subj: A PostScript font with HP48 chars Date: Wed Mar 04 1992 Here is a PostScript font which is derived from the HP48's "large" font. It's quite nice when you print programs from the HP48, instead of all these \mumble things you get the right glyph, with the right encoding. The font is named \Hp48large in PostScript. In case you do not have a PostScript printer: Bad luck, but you can create soft-fonts for almost any printer nowadays (what ? there's a belt in your printer ? well try to find out who lost it of course ! :-) so you might want to do a bit of research. [Note: I created an HP48-style bitmapped soft-font for the HP LaserJet series of printers; if you could use it, let's chat. It's 44,629 bytes. -jkh-] I anybody wants it I can probably also create the "medium" and "small" fonts. Drop a mail on me if you want it... enjoy, phk@data.fls.dk || Welcome to the '92 Open European Hell: Poul-Henning Kamp || A british cook, a german lover, an italian FLS DATA A/S || cop, a french bank, a belgian chauffeur, Phone: (+45) 36 18 12 35 || a spanish engineer, a greek manager... &c &c Fax: (+45) 36 18 12 18 || -- and a danish victim.
