UZfulnix is copyrighted material by UZful Software, Inc., and is
distributed as shareware.  Shareware  distribution  of  a  program gives
users a chance to try  software before  buying it.  The copy of UZfulnix
you have received is given an  evaluation license for  30  days. For the
duration of the evaluation period,  the  programs are fully  functional.
If you try a  Shareware  program and want to continue using it,  you are
expected to register.

merchantability and of fitness  for any purpose.  UZful Software assumes
no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from
the use of UZfulnix.

	UZfulnix is a  "shareware program"  and is provided at no charge
to the user for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends, but
do not give it away altered or as part of another system. UZful Software
grants  the  right  to  copy  and  distribute  this version of UZfulnix,
provided  that all  files in the received package  (as shown in the file
packing.lst)  are  unmodified  and  distributed together,  either on the
same disk or in the same archive.

	The recipient of this copy shall not  use,  copy,  rent,  lease,
sell,  modify,  decompile, disassemble,  otherwise  reverse engineer, or

REGISTRATION

	The essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal
computer users with  quality  software without high prices,  and yet to
provide  incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products,
and  to  maintain  and  improve  released  products. If you  find these
programs  useful  and find  that  you  are  using  UZfulnix and want to
continue to use  UZfulnix  after the evaluation period, you must make a
registration  payment  of  $5.00 to  UZful  Software, Inc.  The   $5.00
individual registration fee  will license  one copy  of this version of
UZfulnix  for use on  one  computer.  You  must  register  UZfulnix for
every computer on which you want to run it.

	To register your copy of UZfulnix,  run the utility  "uzlicinf"
provided with this distribution at the  DOS prompt on the computer that
you  want  to  run UZfulnix  on,  and  send  its  output along with the
registration payment to

recognized by the  (ASP)  as  adhering to its guidelines  for shareware
distributors,  and  such  distributors  may   begin  offering   UZfulnix
