Limited License Agreement

 BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE, CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
 THIS AGREEMENT.  BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY --
 AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO -- THIS AGREEMENT.

    IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT,
    DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.
 

 1.  Michael A. Bobbitt (the "author") grants to you a non-exclusive,
 non-sublicensable, non-transferable, Limited License to use this
 shareware version of Sentry (the "Software") in binary executable form.

 






 2.  Software is provided 'as is' without express or implied warranties,
 including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
 purpose or noninfringement.

    The author shall not be liable under any theory for any damages
 suffered by you or any user of the software.







 3. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights, in and
 to the Software, shall remain in the author.  You agree to abide by the
 international copyright laws and all other applicable laws of Canada
 including, but not limited to, export control laws.

    You acknowledge that the Software in source code form remains a
 confidential trade secret of the author and therefore you agree not to
 modify the Software or attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or
 reverse engineer the Software, except to the extent applicable laws
 specifically prohibit such restriction.






 4. The author may terminate this License at any time by delivering
 notice to you. Upon termination of this License by the author, you
 agree to destroy or erase the Software.
 
    You may terminate this Limited License at any time by destroying or
 erasing all of your copies of the Software.

    This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
 the laws of Canada and, in matters affecting copyrights, trademarks
 and patents, by Canadian federal law.  This License sets forth the
 entire agreement between you and the author.


 



 5. The author shall not be liable for

    (a) incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages of any
 sort, whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise, even if
 the author has been informed of the possibility of such damages, nor

    (b) for any claim by any other party. This limitation of liability
 shall not apply to liability for death or personal injury to the extent
 applicable law prohibits such limitation.



 6. From time to time the author may, at its sole discretion, advise the
 User of updates, upgrades, enhancements or improvements to the Software
 and/or new releases of the Software (collectively, "Enhancements"), via
 whatever method(s) determined by the author to be appropriate.
                   
    The author may license such Enhancements to the User, upon payment
 of fees as may be established by Licensor from time to time. All such
 Enhancements to the Software provided to the End-User shall also be
 governed by the terms of this License.
                   
 ONLY REGISTERED USERS OF THE SOFTWARE WILL HAVE ANY ASSURANCE OF BEING
 ADVISED OF, AND LICENSED TO USE, ANY ENHANCEMENTS TO THE SOFTWARE,
