0. DISKED is Freeware and always will be Freeware.

1. The DISKED executable can be distributed by anyone, by any means,
   to anyone, anywhere, except to Shareware-for-profit organizations.

   The DISKED source code can be distrubuted by anyone, by any
   means, to anyone, anywhere, except where the code can be made
   available for downloading by others unknown.

2. If you paid for DISKED (see exception below) you have contributed
   to the wealth of someone who has nothing to do with this program.

3. The C Users' Group (CUG) is the sole organization that has the
   right to charge money for DISKED (its source and executable
   in one disk package for, as of 1994, $4.00US).  The CUG has been
   a valuable C code archiver for as long as C has been a popular
   programming language.

4. These "rules" will be removed in the near future when I shall
   release all such restictions (except for the Shareware guys).

   I just want DISKED to be in a suitable condition, codewise,
   before I do this (the code ain't bad, it's just that I want
   it to be somewhat better).

   I would like to here from anyone who has thoughts on this
   subject.  Please write to me at any of the addresses below.
